Kelly and her staff are absolutely phenomenal!!! They're all on top of their game in that office. Kelly is very hands-on and they are great communicators, never leave you hanging on anything. When they know anything, you'll know straight away. If they can't reach you by phone call, she will text ...and email too just to make sure she reaches you. Work ethics and moral compasses run very high in her establishment. I would recommend her for all needs she handles, mine was personal injury from an auto accident, but I will likely be using her for other needs that she specializes in. I'm very confident that she excels in all. She also guides you every step of the way and happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have about your case. 3 years ago I found myself needing legal representation for a family estate dispute in NJ, though I'm down here in FL. I randomly Googled and landed on Kelly, who was working at a law firm at the time. My case was slow goings and in the midst Kelly struck out on her own (and I was glad to leave her o...ld firm and support her new venture as her direct client). My case has been deeply frustrating, with numerous delays (due to opposing counsel), but recently we've made significant headway! Kelly; you've literally saved and changed my life with your expertise and diligence! I truly appreciate your flexibility, transparency, patience, and willingness to educate me, as this was my first time ever needing a lawyer for anything. I want to thank Kelly Castor for making me feel much more at ease regarding my situation with my baby's father. Kelly was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I am a first time mom in a tight situation with my baby's father. She was nonjudgmental and gave me my options in regard to next steps regardi...ng child support. She was very honest and upfront, but helpful as well. She gave me suggestions, as a mother as well, regarding giving the father time to work things out vs. going straight to court.
