Thomas helped us with the first house closing, and he made every step of the procedure clear and took his time to explain thoroughly. He was easy to get in contact with (unlike my lender who took days to get back), and assured me whenever we were having anxiety attacks with last minutes arrangements.... Tom is very knowledgeable and keeps everything up to track and chases after anything being delayed. I had an horrific closing with my lender. I dont know if anyone can experience anything worse. One of the main things that kept me sain was Tom. He provided information and ideas to press the lender and when the sellers and the sellers attorney began to press me for a closing, Tom knew how to handle ...them to keep them from pulling away and me losing the house. He sent multiple letters on my behalf and after I closed and was owed money he continued to represent me until I recedived everything I was owed. Sometimes things dont always work in your favor but its a blessing to feel backed when other are representing you and going through the fight with you. Appreciate you Tom.
