I had an horrific closing with my lender. I dont know if anyone can experience anything worse. One of the main things that kept me sain was Tom. He provided information and ideas to press the lender and when the sellers and the sellers attorney began to press me for a closing, Tom knew how to handle ...them to keep them from pulling away and me losing the house. He sent multiple letters on my behalf and after I closed and was owed money he continued to represent me until I recedived everything I was owed. Sometimes things dont always work in your favor but its a blessing to feel backed when other are representing you and going through the fight with you. Appreciate you Tom.
