Working with Sarah was great. As a Client of Sarah's, not only did she take her time in explaining things, the RIGHT way, but made sure I understood and we developed an agreed upon approach. In late 2015 the mother of my child for some reason started giving me problems and interfering between me and my son's relationship, she would not let me see him if it wasn't on her terms and dictating how and when i will see him, she also wanted me to have full responsibility in the pick up and dro...p of of our son, stopped communicating me anything that was going on with him and when i had questions about his school or medical issues she wouldn't pick up the phone to inform me and it was already a month and half since the last time i got to spend time with my son, and since she is living in New Jersey and me in NY it was getting a little bit complicated for me , i didn't know what else to do anymore and how to deal with her and this situation, that's when i started searching online for some help, looking for an attorney the first thing i saw was the Weinberger Law Group Logo, i decided to call and schedule an appointment, from the moment i entered the office i noticed how professional their offices looks and the lady answering the phone in the front desk was very helpful and friendly..... when it was time for my schedule appointment this beautiful young lady introduced herself to me, her name is SARAH GOLDENTHAL, she took me to her office and i explained my situation, she right away started telling me the steps that i could take without putting any pressure on me to hire her, but after me listening to her i felt very confident that she knew what she was talking about and someone like her was what i needed in my side to finally end this situation that was stressing me out and putting my son's relationship at risk because the mothers selfishness. After the consultation was over she told me to think about it and if i needed her just to call her, well i did all my thinking while driving back to my house in NY, once i arrived at home my decision was made and i knew i wanted SARAH on my side to help me deal with the situation and end it once and for all..One of the first thing Sarah did for me was to arrange for me to spend a weekend with my son after me not seeing him in a month in a half, Sarah kept in touch with me at all times and informed me of any little thing she and the mother of my child communicated, at one point the mother of my child decided that again she wouldn't let me see my son until court date but Sarah told me that her decision was unacceptable and like a good attorney and having my best interest took me to court and started an emergency motion so i could get to see my son again instead of me waiting until after the day of the court date, Sarah was my voice and mouth, i didn't had to say anything she spoke to the judge and i was allowed to pick up my son 2 days later and spend another weekend with him....While she facilitated for me to had parenting time with my son, she was also working on my paper work and a couple of request that i had for the good and benefit of my son and I relationship....Finally the day of the court arrived she was on my side at all times and everything i requested i was granted, with Sarah's advocating on my behalf, now instead of me having to pick up my son and then drive back to Jersey and drop him off at his mother's house, me and the mother will split the traveling and also Sarah made sure that i got JOINT Custody of my son instead of the mother keep making decisions with him without consulting me or me not knowing about whats going on with his life, Sarah Goldenthal also made sure that for future dates i get holidays , birthdays and vacation time with my son without any interruptions...It was a pleasure having Sarah on my side and one of the best decisions i had made, even 2 weeks after my case was close and i am enjoying time with my son, i got a phone call from Sarah to make sure things are going well and to check on me and my son, that small phone call only show that Sarah and the people of the Weinberger Law Group really care about their clients....
