Biography
I enjoy representing clients on employment matters and personal injury cases because at the end of the day, I know that my work has been beneficial to both my clients and to my practice. Employers who have not treated their employees appropriately or fairly and defendants who have a duty to keep people safe and do not, need to be taken to task in order to protect others.
In addition to practicing law for the past 24 years, as a Personal Injury Arbitrator and Automobile Accident Arbitrator for the past six years, I have been fortunate to hone my negotiation skills and of the skill of evaluating cases. These skills certainly benefit both my personal injury clients and my clients on employment matters by giving them realistic expectations and early settlements.
