Patricia Powers-Simonelli represented me in a divorce. The marriage lasted decades and there were some assets. My ex and I had come to an agreement on the division of the assets, although he waivered back and forth. Pat listened to me, understood how I wanted the divorce handled, understood that I... did not want to be spending loads of time going over old records, coming up with budgets, expenses, going to court, etc. This was in complete contrast to my ex's attorney, who I felt wasted time, caused the completion of unnecessary paperwork, filed forms incorrectly, etc. Pat found errors in the legal papers and time frames that could have presented numerous problems for me. Pat is extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. She kept me posted via emails and was available beyond regular office hours. I appreciate that Pat respected my wishes to just "have it be done with". I believe Pat did a great job for me and definitely kept my budget in mind. I was very impressed with Pat and would use her again for legal matters and highly recommend her.
