The arbitration award on July 23, 2015 included the costs to remediate and complete the home improvements and damages for consumer fraud.

Professional, Competent, Courteous - everything you need
Mr. Kates successfully won an arbitration award against a pair unscrupulous design/build contractors who, after 1) overcharging me, 2) lying to me about the status of final inspections, and 3) rendering my home completely uninhabitable, sued me for 'non-payment'.
