Excellent Divorce Attorney

I had just released my prior attorney and from the minute I hired Madeline Marzano-Lesnevich I felt completely confident that she was going to do a great job for me. She gave me encouragement and she was kind and understanding, always listening to me and considering what I wanted. I was impressed b...y her toughness and strength where it counted and her knowledge of the system. She has great relationships with her clients, her peers, and those within the judicial system. She is very well respected. Throughout the entire process, she always gave me great advise, was there when I needed her and always got back to me immediately. Madeline did a wonderful job, stood by me and negotiated a great divorce settlement. The follow up after the case concluded has been amazing as well. As things have come up she has been there to support me and defend me. I feel she really cares about the people she represents. I would highly recommend Madeline and her team.

Powerful Attorney with caring heart that knows how to get results.

Madeline Marzano Lesnevich is a amazing attorney with the attentiveness that makes you feel you are her only client. When you call she always answers the phone, email and she emails back immediately. Morning, noon, evening, even at midnight. One night Madeline answered her phone and resolved a issu...e at 12:30am. Even through the mania of arguing and litigating with my X, Madeline always put the emphasies on whats best for my daughter. Madeline would say "lets get your daughter settled first, then worry about the rest." In court Madeline is always professional, knows the law, and gave me great advice prior to seeing the judge. She is powerful, aggressive, and stands her ground on the issues that matter. During depostions Madeline knew how to get the answers we needed, and knew how to be persistant without being obnoxious, She surrounds herself by knowledgable, attentive, professional co-workers. Everyone in the Lesnevich Marzano Lesnevich firm is professional, Attentive, caring, and symapathetic to your situation. The entire staff helps whenever possible to keep you informed, and make you feel important. Situations like these are difficult and the Lesnevich Marzano Lesnevich firm makes you feel they have your back. I cannot say enough positive things about Madeline. The real proof about Madeline is my custody went from zero to a Full 50-50 arrangement by age year and a half. We have accomplished so many postive things that I cannot list them all, and literally lost none we fought for. The best thing I could say is, my daughter and I are where we are thanks to Madeline and her staff. I bless her daily. I could and would never recommend anyone else in a child custody case.

Only cares for her pockets

While Madeline is good at writing threatening letters to the other party, she has zero empathy. She bills for the most minute thing. Hicked up my bill by having internal meetings with other lawyers in the firm to address my case and charging time for BOTH the lawyers! After she drained me of 120k, in... legal fees, she dropped me when i told them i have no more money to pay them. The divorce process was not even half way thru. Decide for yourself if she is worth it
