Where can I begin? There are no words that can describe my forever thankfulness for Lisa, Marcia and all of the staff at Marcia S. Kasdan. I came to Marcia in 2015 after being told by a previous lawyer that i was going to be deported and there was nothing they or anyone can do. My second son had just... been born and both my wife and I were desperately needing a trustful lawyer that would believe and do everything to get me cleared in the immigration court and give me hope of becoming a resident alien. Well, Lisa and Marcia and all their team did exactly that. From the first time I set foot in their office I felt I had finally found the people that would forever change my life. They made me feel like my case was important and that I and my family were worth fighting for! They delivered what they had promised in the most kind-hearted and professionalism you can imagine. They represented my case in court several times and never once did they put my hopes down. As a matter a fact they always delivered the most positive and realistic outcomes i could have received. Their hard work finally paid off as i was granted the legal resisdency after some long hard working years. I owe my life to Lisa and Marcia! My family and I will forever be greatful to these two hard working and kind women. I highly recommend Marcia's office if you are looking for the best service and delivery in any immigration case especially those difficult cases where all other lawyers don't want to take or take it just to charge and make money out of you. Lisa and Marcia never charged us anything more for the numerous times they would consult with us that being via phone, email or office visits. If I could, I would give Lisa 10 stars and she deserves even more. I had filed for Citizenship but when Covid pandemic hit I went to my country and while there I contracted Covid. Because of that I overstayed, more then 6 months out of US. When I went for the Citizenship exam, passed it but I was de...nied the Citizenship. Lisa was so quick and thorough, collected all paperwork and filed for me. And what do you know, I received my letter to go for the Swearing Ceremony in less than two months! Soon after, I got my passport and went on a trip abroad again, now a US Citizen, thanks to Lisa! She is professional, knowledgeable, experienced Immigration lawyer, but more then anything she is honest, caring, and truly wants to help. I believe she is in Immigration law because she knows how hard it is for immigrants and how much we can be taken advantage of when it comes to lawyers. Trust me I had some really bad experience with Immigration lawyers, paid thousands of dollars and ended up in a worse situation than before. I was so amazed that someone like her even exists, that’s how much I appreciate her help.
