Katelyn B. Sprotte

Katelyn B. Sprotte is a Matrimonial and Family Law Attorney. She has successfully represented clients on a wide range of family law matters including matrimonial and non-dissolution matters, divorce, child custody, child support, equitable distribution, alimony, domestic violence, and the drafting and negotiation of marital agreements, among many other issues.

Katelyn is an ardent advocate, driven by compassion for her clients. She works closely with clients to develop strategies that benefit each client’s unique circumstances. Katelyn has experience representing high net worth individuals in complex, high conflict matrimonial and family law matters in New York and New Jersey courts. She represents clients in all aspects of litigation, while also striving to resolve matters in mediation and through settlement negotiations out of court, whenever possible. Katelyn has been appointed by the Superior Court of New Jersey as a Guardian ad litem to represent the best interests of minor children in a contested custody matter.
