I got my first summons ever for a careless driving, and of course I was panicking because I did not know what to expect. But Atty. Zisa constantly reassured me that everything will be ok. On my court date, he made sure to tell the Judge that I was a seminary student and was hence in no way a threat ...to society, and likewise amended my careless driving to an unsafe driving. The Judge consequently gave me the minimum fine for unsafe driving, which he said was rare. My goodness, I'm so relieved, because I saved a little over $100 for the fines. Really glad to have Atty. Zisa as my lawyer.

We live in California and our mother (age 90) lived in New Jersey. We were visiting our mom and discovered that she did not have a current Medical Directive or Living Trust.
