I'm so disappointed they sent me to a physical therapy center that went out of business & I couldn't get my records had to locate them but they were there to collect their money which is crazy to me for 3 years waited on this case & the messed it all up I'm still in pain & need surgery & the money th...ey got back covers NOTHING so I'm back to square one was recommended by them & it was the worst decision of my entire life!!
