Just don’t do it. Ida was BARELY available to work on or case because she was busy I’m court every single day. When she was available it always felt rushed. Fast forward, she decides to book a vacation in the middle of attorney review! So I had to find another attorney at the very last minute and now... I’m just hoping that I’m able to secure this property with a strong contract. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional. She refuses to refund my deposit even though she did not complete her job. She was to receive half of the money upfront and the other half at closing and stated that she would continue to represent me until I closed I’m a home. She decided to go on vacation instead. I currently have $2500 our for the earnest deposit I put on the first property I decided to move forward with that fell through and $600 out that I paid to Ida as a deposit. Haven’t received ANY money back and I canceled the deal over two weeks ago. She is not leaving the COUNTRY for two weeks and did not provide me with an update before her departure OR connect me with a colleague who Could handle in her absence. Do not work with this lady. Not worth the headache AT ALL.

Ida guided me through my first home purchase. She was very knowledgible, explained everything clearly, always available, and well prepared for meetings which made them efficient and productive (great for those of us who work late!) She made me feel extremely at ease throughout this whole process and ...her advice always proved to be the best way through several difficulties that arose. I highly recommend Ida and look forward to working with her in the future.
