Thank you for your comments and insight. I do apologize for any miscommunications or feelings towards our firm. With regards to your matter, our office spent significant time seeking to settle your case prior to litigation. However, the Defendant and insurance company did not agree with our assessment with the value of your case or liability. Unfortunately, we cannot force the Defendant or insurance company to settle. We discussed these issues, and you agreed to proceed with litigation due to their insufficient settlement offer. During our representation of you, we always responded to any emails or calls promptly. There have been many more communications with our office than four times. Likewise, during litigation we responded to discovery, produced discovery, and demanded discovery from the Defendant. Thus, we were always working towards a successful outcome of your case. Unfortunately, litigation does take more time than we'd all like. We also invited you to the office to go over your Form discovery responses but also gave you the option to discuss over the phone. You decided to discuss over the phone. We also offered to Uber you to our office to go over the same. Unfortunately, each time we spoke on the phone, the conversation would become unprofessional. As a result, we believe it is in everyone's best interest that you seek new counsel to assist you in your matter. I sincerely wish you the best in the future.
