Mr. Agostino is the President of Agostino & Associates, P.C., a fourteen attorney firm in Hackensack, New Jersey. Mr. Agostino concentrates his practice in criminal and civil tax matters before the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities.
Mr. Agostino graduated from New York Law School with honors in 1982, and received his LLM in Tax from New York University of Law in 1989. Mr. Agostino was an attorney with the Internal Revenue Service District Counsel Office in Springfield, Illinois and Newark, New Jersey. Mr. Agostino also served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney concentrating in criminal tax prosecution. Mr. Agostino has been an adjunct professor on tax controversy at Seton Hall University and frequently lectures for the ABA and on tax controversy and litigation matters.
Mr. Agostino is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and before the United States Tax Court.
