On July 15, 2013 I was involved in a serious car accident that left me permanently disabled. While performing my due diligence Don Camaniti was one of a number of attorneys I consulted. Eventually I hired Don Camaniti to represent me in my personal injury suit. This was simply the best legal decisio...n I have every made. From the very first time I met Don as he walked into our initial consultation to his appearances in court on my behalf he has done nothing but impress me. Don is recognized as one of the top personal injury litigators in the US and that reputation is well earned and was on full display during his time representing me. I have NEVER had one moment of regret or concern regarding Don’s representation. Some of the things that impressed me about Don were: - His understated presentation. Just talking to him you just knew how good he was - The level of communication from Don. I was copied on EVERYTHING. I knew exactly what was going on at all times. Indeed Don would meet with me regularly just to make sure I was up to date. - Don really listened to me and recognized that I had skills that were helpful to him (I am a very experienced cardiac nurse) - Don’s demeanor in court was, as I said before, understated, but highly effective. At one point in court there were 6, yes 6, other attorneys representing different interests opposing Don, yet all were very deferential to Don. - Don’s level of preparation. Right before we headed to court for trial I met with Don. Even as experienced as Don is he was still reviewing and marking areas in the court rules of procedure to refresh and be prepared. I don’t know but this really struck me as impressive. Don just left nothing to chance. - Don obtained the best result I could possibly have hoped for and still keeps in contact with me. I find it difficult to put into words the high level of representation that I received from Don. I simply don’t believe it possible to receive better representation from another attorney. I recommend Don Camaniti completely and without any reservation whatsoever.
