After being told by another personal injury attorney that my case “wasn’t worth the money” for them since I wouldn’t subject myself to a medica recommendation the lawyer wanted me to (and my doctors advised against it as well) I consulted with Ms Lucianna, and ultimately hired her to represent me. Ms... Lucianna at all times kept my best interest in all that she did, and was sympathetic to the trauma that I had sustained both physically and mentally. I could not have picked a better attorney to represent me! And though I hope to never go through this type of situation again, I know the first person I will call if I do! I hired Diane Lucianna to deal with my nonsense R O case. In the begining she was ok. Once she became friends with other attorney she sided with them . She did not present hard evidence and facts to the court that would have cleared me. Recently she has agreed comply and plea quilty to my compl...aint to the ethichs committe that she did not sign a retaineer agreement & did not provide me with cash receipt. She was let go with Diversion. Which is for first time offenders to stay clean for a while and take some ordered courses by ethichs committe.6 months later record is clean Ivwiuld not hire this woman again for any legal matter again. I dont know if she has any ambitions of becoming a judge!!!?? if she has !!? Its noting but a dream..
