Carly Skarbnik Meredith

Carly Skarbnik Meredith, Esq. is a founding Member of the firm. Ms. Meredith has focused her career exclusively in the field of employment law. She has a plethora of experience representing both employees and employers with their employment issues, needs, and concerns. She believes representing both employees and employers has made her an extremely well-rounded client advocate. Ms. Meredith prides herself on her responsiveness and attentiveness to each client’s individual needs.

Ms. Meredith actively litigates in federal and state courts. She represents clients on a variety of employment related issues including: wrongful termination, wage and hour, contractual matters, non-competes, discrimination, retaliation, and whistleblowing. During her career, Ms. Meredith has helped clients obtain seven figure settlements. In 2016, Ms. Meredith co-chaired a six week trial on a retaliation case that resulted in a jury verdict of $935,000.

Prior to founding Meredith Malatino, Ms. Meredith clerked for the Hon. Rachelle L. Harz, J.S.C. from 2009-2010. She graduated from the University of Maryland College Park in 2006 and earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2009. During law school, Ms. Meredith worked as a judicial intern for the Hon. Dennis M. Cavanaugh, U.S.D.J.
