I had Andy as my attorney for a newly built home in Northern Jersey, and it is the best experience I ever had with any kind of law service. The seller is a big national builder not easy to deal with, while Andy really protected my interests from the contract review to the closing date, giving all goo...d advises to me (first time home buyer), he is extremely knowledgeable and accountable, he is willing to spend extra time to go the next mile to negotiate/fight with counter parties for any bit of my benefits. BTW, He replies email on Sunday and late night with quick turnaround and frequently call me to quickly answer any questions, which I find especially important for first time home buyer like me. I do have a legal plan which can find me a free attorney, but I am 100% sure I will come to Andy again if I had any legal issues that falls into his fields. Only after you use his service will you understand why it is all 5 star reviews here.

I've had the pleasure of working with Andrew Roth on 2 real estate transactions in the past 6 months. Although I’ve heard that short sales can take a long time to complete, the whole process – from the time we listed the property with the realtor until we actually closed on the sale – took only about four months.
