Amanda Michelle Ribustello

Amanda Ribustello focuses her practice solely in the area of family law, specializing in high conflict cases involving child custody, relocation, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, business valuation and other complex legal and financial issues, domestic violence, Division of Child Protection and Permanency matters, minor name change actions, adoptions, prenuptial agreements, and non-dissolution matters. Prior to joining Dario, Albert, Metz, Eyerman, Canda, Concannon, Ortiz & Krouse in April 2019, Ms. Ribustello was an attorney in the firm of Finnerty, Canda & Concannon from 2014 through 2019, where she worked side by side with John E. Finnerty, Esq. on high conflict, complex matrimonial litigation.

Ms. Ribustello received her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law – Newark in 2013, where she graduated cum laude and was elected to the Order of the Coif. At graduation, she was presented with the Myron Harkavy Prize, awarded to the student showing the most promise as a trial attorney. At Rutgers-Newark, Ms. Ribustello was a member of the National Mock Trial Team, and represented Rutgers-Newark on the first time in the school’s history to qualify for and attend the National Trial Competition Finals in San Antonio, Texas, where she was awarded an American College of Trial Lawyers Medallion for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. Ms. Ribustello graduated cum laude from the University of Rhode Island in 2008, earning a B.S. in Textiles, Merchandising, and Design.

After graduating from law school, Ms. Ribustello served as law clerk to the Honorable Bonnie J. Mizdol, A.J.S.C., during Judge Mizdol’s tenure as the Presiding Judge of the Family Part in Bergen County.

Ms. Ribustello is an Associate Editor of the New Jersey Family Lawyer, a member of the Bergen County Bar Association, and participates as a pupil in the Barry Croland Family Law Inns of Court. She also serves as an Early Settlement Panelist in Bergen County. In 2019, she was appointed as an attorney member of the District IIB Fee Arbitration Committee.

Ms. Ribustello was recognized as one of the Top Lawyers in Bergen County in the area of Matrimonial & Family Law in 2017 by 201 Magazine. She was recognized as a top lawyer in Bergen County in the field of Family Law by Bergen Magazine in 2017 and 2018. In 2018, Amanda was also named as one of the Best Lawyers for Families for 2018 and 2019 in the practice area of Family Law by New Jersey Family Magazine. In 2019 and 2020, Ms. Ribustello was selected to the New Jersey Rising Stars list of Super Lawyers Magazine. In 2019, Ms. Ribustello was also named by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys as a 10 Best Family Law Attorney for Client Satisfaction.
