Tara L. Yodice is one of the best attorneys I've ever retained. She's passionate and caring about her job and only wants to make sure you come out with the best possible results for your case. I was truly nervous about this court date until Tara came; she was nice and very aggressive as well. She’s definitely the lawyer who I needed. Tara spoke to the prosecutor and judge in a very strict, and respectful manner. She definitely knew what she was doing too. She had a bit of a sailor’s mouth ...while we spoke over the phone, but nevertheless Tara was very responsible and respectful in the best way possible. She turned what could’ve been a 10pt ticket + a 30 day license suspension into a 4pt ticket, with nothing suspended with one of the harshest judges in New Jersey. The judge couldn’t believe the prosecutor words, but after carefully explaining the situation to him, Tara walked away with another victory & I walked away in awe because of how she was able to speak to the prosecutor so well. She has a son who’s older than me as well, so she was able relate easily too. Tara represented me well & I’d recommend anybody who has a traffic or moving violation to her. Thank you!

I had a ticket in East Rutherford and Tara met me on time at the Municipal Courthouse, was clearly well-connected with all the other attorneys and Judge overseeing the Court.
