Jerry David Goldstein

Jerry Goldstein is a member of both the New Jersey and Connecticut state bars and has appeared in bankruptcy court in NJ, CT, NY, FL, DE, and NV. It is estimated that he has represented either debtors or creditors in over 1000 cases over the last 17 years. 

Mr. Goldstein is also lead counsel on most of the firm's major employment/labor cases having extensive experience in the areas of discrimination, harrasment, and workplace issues. 

Jerry Goldstein offers mediation, arbitration, and facilitation services nationally and internationally.  One of a select group of attorneys, he has earned a post-graduate ADR certification from Cornell's Scheinman Institute on Conflict Resolution with a focus in Labor and Employment Arbitration Development.   He is experienced in the areas of Section 1983 civil litigation, EEO litigation, business valuation litigation, bankruptcy, real estate, corporate law, federal anti-discrimination laws, and state labor and employment laws.  He is admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States District Court for the districts of New Jersey, Connecticut, the Southern District of New York, and the Eastern District of New York.

He was recently appointed to the Registry of Mediators for the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Delaware, The Cornell University Roster of Mediators and Arbitrators, and the Roll of Arbitrators for the Chinese European Arbitration Centre.
