Mounia Elarar completed her undergraduate studies in Economics and Political Science at Stonehill College in 2016. She received her Juris Doctor from Rogers Williams University, School of Law in 2019. She also received her Masters of Science in Cybersecurity in 2019. 

Upon graduating from law school, Mounia clerked for the Honorable Sohail Mohammed, Judge of Superior Court of New Jersey, Criminal Division in 2019-2020. Following her clerkship, Mounia Elarar founded Mounia Elarar Law, LLC in 2020.

Visa Process
I met Mounia through a friend. I was telling him I needed to find a lawyer for my Fiancee Hellen and I as we were planing on getting married. Got referred to Mounia and the process was really smooth sailing from there. Mounia has great attention to detail and she really lowered our stress level. Dealing with immigration and government agencies can be tedious and takes a lot of patience. The process took around once year and without Mounia I wouldn’t have been able to do it. It was money well spent and she was also very personable and available. She has a very nice clean modern office and all I can say is she made every step of the process easy. All I had to do was listen to what she said fill out whatever forms and she took care of the rest. If you are thinking of using her I guarantee you will be happy you did. Matt Marc-Aurele

Simply amazing!
I contacted Mounia to help me with an immigration case I've been dealing with. I had so many questions about immigration law that didn't make sence to me. Best lawyer & kind person
I have dealt with Mounia Elarar for several different legal matters.
