When I eventually decided to file for divorce, I knew I wanted to hire Mr. Puglisi as he was able to clearly explain to me what needed to be done, unlike other law offices I had spoken with previously. Mr. Puglisi was instrumental in getting me a settlement that I was happy with, and more than I would have received had I not had a lawyer. All conversations I had with Mr. Puglisi and anyone at his office were helpful and moved the process along, I never felt as though my time or money were being wasted. Most divorce/custody cases are difficult and can take a very long time to complete. However my case required a level of experience, aggressiveness, and understanding that is hard to find among attorneys. Phil and Matt were very professional and worked my case diligently until the best possible outcom...e was achieved for my daughter and I. I am happy to say that not only was I able to retain sole custody of my daughter and relocate to another state, but I was able to finalize the divorce before leaving New Jersey. Although my case was very complicated and my ex wife had a very good lawyer as well, Phil and Matt worked my case very hard and we accomplished everything in record time.
