Dianne was assigned to me, became chummy with the plaintiff and her lawyer. Brought in a witness that the plaintiff tried to use his "hear say" so I brought him in to tell the truth. This lawyer got so belligerent with him, making my relative cry as well, did not make me feel good I would cry b4 each... court hearing. Case dragged out for 2 years. Not only that, asked her for a copy of an order, didn't have it, when the plaintiffs lawyer forward it to me, she stupidly forwarded emails of her insulting me. Case should have been shut when I displayed my phone bill Of 66 calls in one evening from 12am to 6am. I am so hurt and disgusted by the email that was forwarded when all I asked for was a copy of some thing. The court advised me to call the plaintiffs lawyer. They both were mocking me in the email. I am sad, I can't trust her, I feel betrayed.
