Our family has gone to ms. D'Alessandro for legal representation several times in the last few years for our teenage children. She explains everything clearly, discusses strategy and possible defenses and puts us at ease in a difficult time. Dianne was assigned to me, became chummy with the plaintiff and her lawyer. Brought in a witness that the plaintiff tried to use his "hear say" so I brought him in to tell the truth. This lawyer got so belligerent with him, making my relative cry as well, did not make me feel good I would cry b4 each... court hearing. Case dragged out for 2 years. Not only that, asked her for a copy of an order, didn't have it, when the plaintiffs lawyer forward it to me, she stupidly forwarded emails of her insulting me. Case should have been shut when I displayed my phone bill Of 66 calls in one evening from 12am to 6am. I am so hurt and disgusted by the email that was forwarded when all I asked for was a copy of some thing. The court advised me to call the plaintiffs lawyer. They both were mocking me in the email. I am sad, I can't trust her, I feel betrayed.
