Michael was instrumental in helping me sell my parent’s house in NJ. I live four states away with no friends or family in the area. Furthermore, the 1st sale transaction for the house fell through because the buyer could not get financing, and there was a lot of forms which had to be filed with the... state and county regarding a change to the deed and some tax waivers. Michael and his firm very patiently and effectively dealt with all this. He always returned my calls, or otherwise responded to my emails, in an expeditious and courteous manner.
