Great Real Estate Attorney

Mike was a consummate professional in assisting us with our sale. We felt like he not only treated us like his only client, but he was very helpful in navigating and counseling us with a few tricky situations with the buyers. Great and timely communication with all parties involved.

Excellent lawyer - kind person

Michael Chapman, Esq. handled all aspects of our house sale and closing with experience and patience. He was always very responsive and took time to explain every aspect of the transaction. Since we were moving out of state, it was extremely helpful that Michael was able to execute a virtual closing... without us needing to be in attendance. Don't hesitate to hire Michael Chapman.

Excellent lawyer!

We were buying a house, the process started before this current pandemic, but throughout the procedure, Michael was extremely knowledgeable and understanding of our specific needs. He gave expert advise, and so even now, when things are a bit more difficult, the entire closing process turned out to b...e a seamless one, thanks to Michael. We do appreciate it a lot, and we wholeheartedly advise his services to anyone who needs them.
