Jeffrey R. Bascelli

Jeffrey R. Bascelli of the Bascelli Law Group concentrates his practice in the fields of elder law; disability planning; estate and trust planning as well as estate and trust administration. Mr. Bascelli is one (1) of sixty-nine (69) certified elder law attorneys who are "charter members" of attorneys certified nationally as elder law attorneys. Of the sixty-nine (69) "charter members", four (4) are from New Jersey. Mr Bascelli obtained his elder law certification through the American Bar Association Accredited National Elder Law Foundation.

Aside from his certified elder law attorney designation, Mr. Bascelli is also a Memorial Sloan Kettering Trust and Estate Associate; a member of the National Academy of Special Needs Planners; a member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners; a member of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association; a member of the Elder Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association as well as a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Mr. Bascelli is past Chair of the American Bar Association- Young Lawyers Division Elder Law Committee; Past Chair of the Essex County Bar Association Elder Law Committee as well as Past Chair of the American Bar Association-Annual Meeting Seminar entitled "Senior Housing Options". Mr. Bascelli also serves as a board member for the Chilton Memorial Hospital Senior Advisory Committee.

Mr. Bascelli is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Ursinus College, Collegeville, Pennsylvania and his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law, Wilmington, Delaware.
