Francis J. Leddy Jr

Francis J. Leddy, Jr. was born in Bergen County, New Jersey and admitted to the New Jersey bar in 1977, the Pennsylvania Bar in 1977 and the New York Bar in 1983. He was admitted to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 1977. He received his B.S., cum laude, from Fordham University and his J.D. from Western New England University Law School. He is a member of the New Jersey State and New York State Bar Associations.

Francis J. Leddy, Jr. is the Managing Member of the law firm of Verp and Leddy, LLC, where he heads the practice in litigation at all Trial and Appellate Court levels including Civil, Personal Injury and Products Liability, Family, General Chancery, Real Estate and Property Associations. Frank took over the firm in 1996 on the 45th anniversary of its founding from his prior partners.

Mr. Leddy's practice includes representing injured plaintiffs in transportation, premises liability, professional liability, environmental, construction defect and accident cases, as well as claims against municipal and public entities.
