Rob Adams is the Managing Member of The Adams Law Firm LLC. By drawing upon over 20 years experience as an attorney, Mr. Adams provides you with the experience, skill and personal attention that you deserve. Mr. Adams has helped countless individuals and businesses in a wide range of legal matters. Mr. Adams regularly serves as a “virtual general counsel” to those small to mid-sized companies that do not have their own legal department, but still need the day-to-day counsel and guidance of an experienced and well-rounded attorney. Mr. Adams interacts with and counsels management on such matters as contract review and negotiation, employment issues, litigation, and litigation avoidance and risk management, among many others. Mr. Adams serves as the legal quarterback for his individual and corporate clients, handling all matters that impact his clients. Mr. Adams also draws upon his robust network of professionals to best serve his clients.

Prior to starting his own law firm, Mr. Adams served as a partner at the prestigious law firms of Harwood Lloyd, LLC and Phillips Nizer, LLP. Mr. Adams has also served his community by being elected to three terms on his town’s Board of Education. Mr. Adams coaches various sports in his community and continues to focus on being an active and giving member of his community.

Mr. Adams is a graduate of Boston University (International Relations, 1989) and Western New England College School of Law (honors, 1993). He is admitted to practice before the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
