Biography
I have practiced U.S. immigration law for 18 years, and immigration has been the sole focus of my legal career. At Nachman, Phulwani, Zimovcak (NPZ) Law Group, I represent employers, universities, professionals, international students and scholars, and families.
My practice focuses on employment-based immigration, including H-1B, L-1, and O-1 visas, PERM labor certification, and employment-based green cards. I also assist clients with family-based immigration petitions, F-1 and J-1 student matters, and naturalization. I regularly speak with university staff and international students about maintaining lawful immigration status and exploring employment options after graduation.
I believe clients should understand their immigration options, the expected timeline, and potential challenges before moving forward.
