Previously I served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and a Director of Inter-Continental Hotels. I am recognized in the hotel industry as an expert in hotel and resort development. I also am a commercial, instrument-rated pilot and represent aircraft owners and pilots. I am Deputy Mayor and Councilman of the Village of Ridgewood NJ. I have chaired many hospitality and aviation law organizations and have been recognized by my peers as a leading lawyer in both areas. I speak Russian. My academic background is strong. As a lawyer for more than 35 years, my breadth and depth of experience is considerable. I have spoken at many industry conferences and authored many articles, mainly on the topic of hotel and resort development.
