Regrettable Experience

Christopher Botta advertises an Elder Care lawyer, yet in his capacity as Municipal Court judge of Allendale, N.J. he was unable to recognize elder abuse in the form of "Patient Dumping" by an Assisted Living facility director. He dismissed the harassment case and refused to grant a request for ...a restraining order, resulting in a second attempt of dumping by the same facility. He would not recognize elder abuse and harassment if it jumped up and bit him in t he face and would treat his own mother the same way. There are many other excellent lawyers out there who would work FOR you and not AGAINST you.
