Ben Cooper is very intelligent attorney. He put in an extra effort when reviewing the short sale contract on the house I was interested in. Ben’s addendum had a lot of significant clauses not included in the original contract. Seller, their realtor, and their attorney were not very responsive, so Ben... put in an extra effort to engage them and ensured we received responses from the seller’s attorney.
