Our mortgage loaner had me screaming SERENITY NOW throughout the entire process and made things unreasonably difficult for all parties involved in the process. Ben handled these people better than I ever could. Other friends who have used our lender have not made their closing dates due to the lenders unreasonable and unorganized last minute requests - however we closed on time which was a direct result of Ben's attentiveness. In summary, Ben Cooper was great. We felt like he really looked out for us throughout the process as a good attorney should. He understood what the house meant to us, and worked with us and the seller's attorney smoothly and professionally, and made some useful and productive suggestions as he saw them.
