And, finally, when closing day arrived, there was a last minute obstacle (as will inevitably occur in this very complicated, paper-heavy day), he negotiated a way to make it happen and close as scheduled. Owning a home was an ultimate dream, so the fact that it finally happened the way it did, thank you Benjamin for helping to make it come true. He's the best, and I couldn't recommend anyone higher!
