Excellent Lawyer on your side
We had an outstanding experience with Erich on the closing of our first home purchase. There was a last second surprise with a water main break that Erich helped us navigate with his calm and collected demeanor. Erich makes it very clear early on he is on your side. I'd highly recommend him.

Very helpful and patient
Erich and Daphne were very helpful and patient with the sale of our condo. We never felt rushed and never felt like just another mundane real estate transaction. We would certainly use Erich's services again.

fair job
Erich and Daphne were VERY nice, BUT after the closing, the paperwork took FOREVER to get!! ONCE they got paid, they were NO LONGER helpful!!

Erich and Daphne were so helpful, nice, informative and knowledgeable. They became family! I had many questions after my closing and they took a lot of time with me; they had utmost patience, and answered everything to my liking. They were paid for the closing, but I have yet to receive a bill for...

Awesome People to work with
We used Erich for our closing 10 years ago. Erich and Daphne always make you feel like you are the only person who mattered at that particular time. Even now many years after our closing, when we call with a question, they are quick to help. I would recommend Erich to anybody.
