Crawl space nightmare resolved

A few days after purchasing our 1st home, our contractor, J. Johansson, found a crawl space with mold that was never disclosed to us during the sale. Thanks for Mike Austin, we were able to get money from everyone involved in the transaction to clean the mold and make the crawl space. He was truly a... life saver. The remedy cost about $11k and Mike assisted so that we didn’t have to pay a dime. Mike is absolutely reliable and looked out for our best interest.

Sale and purchase of home

Having worked with several lawyers on the sale and purchase of various properties, I have had mixed luck. Mike Austin was by far the most knowledgeable, approachable and assertive lawyer I had the good fortune to work with. While I usually have to push for things to move swiftly, Mr Austin took that ...burden off of me. He put out fires through the process with minimal effort from me. His fees were both affordable and reasonable. His paralegal is efficient and attentive to detail. I would highly recommend him and will certainly work with him again,
