She made the Divorce process as painless as possible.

Joanna was easy to work with and accessible at all times. She explained the process in detail and really took the time with me to make sure I understood. She had my back, still does for new issues that arise. She didn't play games and called me out when I was being unreasonable. It made the process m...ove forward and my divorce was final within 18 months of the filed complaint. My x's attorney was horrible and through it all Joanna kept things civil, honest and moving towards a fair settlement. I have a better life now and I know if something comes up I can count on her.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
