I reached out to him via email. Explained my problem and he worked on it -making it a priority and keeping his promise to get it do...ne for me. Very satisfied with his services he provided me with.

I had know Rob for a few years but had never needed his service until a very close family member needed to update her will. She was not sure how long she had so Rob dropped every thing and within a day or two drove 80 miles to go meet and execute the documents and 2 days later my family member had pa...ssed. If Rob was not so proactive the estate would have gone through the courts and would have been held up for years. This was a life saver . We would have been a mess with out Rob. I have been putting off filing for chapter 7 bankruptcy for the past couple years, I was afraid of the process itself and that it would ruin our credit. When it got to the point where we didn't answer phone calls or even check the mail for days because creditors were all over us I I couldn't hold ...off any longer and that the simple fact was our credit was already ruined and it wasn't going to get better. We interviewed a few attorneys and Rob put me at ease immediately regarding the process. Rob took the time to meet with me whenever I felt it was necessary. Rob is knowledgeable and professional. I am in no way proud of claiming bankruptcy, it is something that I had to do, if you find yourself in the same situation call Rob, he's the best!

We decided to write this review after dropping this law firm and using another that performed excellently on our real estate sale. Our grievance with this law firm was related specifically to the three categories rated. Their service agreement with our legal plan is to respond to their clients with...in 24 hours, which is an industry and professional standard. This absolutely did not happen as there were multiple unanswered phone calls, messages and emails. We should never have gone days, or weeks, without a response. The lawyer mentioned numerous phone call attempts, but we have no evidence of those. Certainly if there had been unsuccessful phone attempts, then an email would have sufficed. We didn't expect daily updates, but when we did reach out, we had a specific need or question and expected a response. We received very few. Our intention is never to be rude, but frustration does occur when one’s correspondence is consistently ignored. Their lack of responsiveness made us feel as though their office was too busy for us and our small real estate deal was not a priority because we were just some clients from the legal plan. Consistent follow-up and responsiveness from the lawyers office to us could have mitigated our frustration. We have the complete communication history between us and this lawyers office that supports the overall rating
