Significant experience representing both employees and employers, understanding tactics and pressure points from each sides perspective. During my career, I have litigated cases arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disability Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act.
