An Outstanding Family Estate Attorney

I am happy to recommend Mr. Vince Vyzas and the firm of Vyzas and Associates. I contacted Vince on a protracted, bewildering family estate situation, compounded by the fact my mother left behind no will. Added to this was indifference and subordination of my own estate interests by family members -... favoring those still occupying the family home – the estate’s only real asset. With Vince I was able to assert my property rights and leverage all parties to agree to an equitable settlement. And he did much of this while the court system was shut down due to COVID. With Vince I was able to persevere, get my fair share of my parents’ estate - and finally put this matter behind me - for good. Amen!

We have used atnny. Vincas M. Vyzas twice for our real estate closing in NJ, both times his service was outstanding, second deal might have fallen appart due to the other party (buyers) not responding as well as our real estate agent hitting a couple of bumps, however, Vincas Vyzas was able to push i...t forward for the desired sale to take place eventually. Extremely Satisfied Client!

Vince Vyzas helped me out twice in estate planning disputes in the last couple of years. He won a dispute in my favor, saving me a lot of my money, which was critical. I then reached out to him again while buying a house , where there were some legal issued due to complexity of my late husband's will.... Even though we ended up not needing the paperwork in the end, he meticulously collected what was needed. He was careful, persistent, and forthcoming regarding the information that he either needed or was able to obtain. I would definitely recommend Vince to anyone in need of a strong attorney in estate planning disputes. He is also a very nice guy, easy to talk to, who explained difficult legal terms in such a way that a lay person could understand. Please consider Vince for any of your estate planning legal needs.
