Exceptional lawyer - I continue to be impressed!

I had previously hired Mr. Vince Vyzas, Esq. on another matter for which he had brought about a quick and successful resolution. More recently, I once again engaged him to initiate a property tax appeal in my behalf and I was not disappointed. Mr. Vyzas and his law office came through with efficiency... and a minimum of fuss and brought about a substantial reduction to my property taxes. What impressed me the most during this recent experience was the calming and stress-free manner in which Mr. Vyzas and his team dealt with me personally. As in the past, all communication was timely and clear and their encyclopedic grasp of legal issues was reassuring. Mr. Vyzas was always patient and empathetic, taking time to clarify and set my concerns at ease. Needless to say, I will recommend him to my family, friends and acquaintances.

Excellent Client Service

I used the law firm for a real estate issue and was so pleased with their excellent service, that I retained them again for another matter. They are very timely in their response to all questions and scope of work. I would use them again without hesitation.

Manhattan Club - Timeshare

Vince and Tricia were great to work with. My father in law had been trying to get out of his timeshare in New York for years, and we had no leads or couldn't make any progress. After one meeting with Vince and his team and minimal emails back and forth. Vince and Tricia went to work and kept us in... the loop on updates, within a few short months everything came together seamlessly. We would highly recommend their work.

Best real estate attorney I've ever worked with

I've had several real estate transactions over the years and Vince & his team have easily been the most buttoned-up I've worked with. Successful return of security deposit after I had given up with the landlord

I was referred to Mr. Vyzas from my attorneys that I work with at LegalZoom for getting specific help with return of security deposit for rent in NJ. I had followed up on my own for several months with my previous landlord / leasing company in Edgewater, NJ to receive my security deposit after I move...d out, since I have been a perfect tenant, always paid on time and didn't break the lease. The leasing company should have returned the deposit in 30 days as all leasing companies everywhere I rented, however they were delaying that for months for me and I guess for other tenants, which they should not do and it breaks specific sections of the law that I even quoted to them. Despite of all my continuous efforts for months I was just not getting my deposit back, even after I mentioned that I would seek legal help and go to court. So eventually after nothing helped I did resort to legal help and contacted Mr. Vyzas. I was able to get done all my communication with his company by email, and within a few days after I paid a reasonable fee and sent all the needed documentation like my lease they sent a formal demand letter to the leasing company. Within a week from that legal letter the problem was solved and the leasing company returned the deposit. I am happy that I got the legal help that I needed and that it was successful, as I had already completely given up on that deposit.
