I started my career in the New York Attorney General's Office, Real Estate Financing Bureau, and I was one of the first attorneys to practice in the New York timeshare arena.

Exceptional lawyer - I continue to be impressed!

I had previously hired Mr. Vince Vyzas, Esq. on another matter for which he had brought about a quick and successful resolution. More recently, I once again engaged him to initiate a property tax appeal in my behalf and I was not disappointed. Mr. Vyzas and his law office came through with efficiency... and a minimum of fuss and brought about a substantial reduction to my property taxes. What impressed me the most during this recent experience was the calming and stress-free manner in which Mr. Vyzas and his team dealt with me personally. As in the past, all communication was timely and clear and their encyclopedic grasp of legal issues was reassuring. Mr. Vyzas was always patient and empathetic, taking time to clarify and set my concerns at ease. Needless to say, I will recommend him to my family, friends and acquaintances.

Vince Vyzas helped me out twice in estate planning disputes in the last couple of years. He won a dispute in my favor, saving me a lot of my money, which was critical. I then reached out to him again while buying a house , where there were some legal issued due to complexity of my late husband's will.... Even though we ended up not needing the paperwork in the end, he meticulously collected what was needed. He was careful, persistent, and forthcoming regarding the information that he either needed or was able to obtain. I would definitely recommend Vince to anyone in need of a strong attorney in estate planning disputes. He is also a very nice guy, easy to talk to, who explained difficult legal terms in such a way that a lay person could understand. Please consider Vince for any of your estate planning legal needs.

NOISY TENANT

MR VYZAS WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND PROFESSIONAL WHEN WE EXPLAINED OUR PROBLEM HE CLEARLY EXPLAINED TO US WHAT WE COULD DO AND HOW HE COULD ASSIST US. MR VYZAS EXPLAINED EVERYTHING UP FRONT THERE WERE NO SURPRISES. HE CONTACTED OUR RENTAL MANAGEMENT OFFICE BY LETTER WHICH LED TO NOISY TENANT BEING NOT SO... NOISY AND BELIGERANT AND TENANT EVENTUALLY MOVED OUT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS LAW FIRM.
