I have known and worked with Ms. Shah for many years as a municipal leader. More recently, I needed her counsel as part of a complex situation involving a divorce and becoming a co-owner of a home in New Jersey. I hired Sapana for my real estate purchase and have been very pleased with her professionalism, speed, responsiveness and the way she handled a great deal of challenges that came about as a result of of issues with the title. First and most importantly Sapana returns emails and phone calls faste...r than most other attorneys I have worked with and when urgent she has responded late in the evening or as early as 6am, practically unheard of in her field. She was also very fast at processing all the documents, including a number of addendums to the contract. She also took care of coordinating with the title company, which further sped up the process. I was also impressed by the way she handled several challenges related to title issues that arose, which delayed the closing by months. Throughout the process it felt as if Sapana was doing the job of both buyer and seller attorneys by helping guide the process of cleaning up the title, and providing valuable advice about what I needed to see before closing in order to avoid issues down the line when selling or refinancing the property. Overall, a very pleasant experience in a very difficult transaction. Would highly recommend!

Ms. Shah is extremely knowledgeable and will not drag your case on forever. She was very responsive to my needs as I was going through my divorce. I definitely bothered her on weekends and nights and she always answered my calls. I highly recommend Ms. Shah. Not the typical type of lawyer looking for... a long drawn out battle who only wants to jack up the bill. Ms. Shah is very comfortable to be around and has her clients best interest. I don't know if I will ever get married again but if I do and I get divorced again I know who I want representing me!
