Philip Feintuch

i hired Mr. Feintuch in 2012 after my sister, who is disabled, suffered a fall and knee damage. Mr. Feintuch placed a minion named Donald Moran to handle my sister's case who in turn was making decisions on HIS behalf and NOT contacting us on the progress of her case. I decided to call after 4 years ...Mr. Feintuch states, " i thought this case was settled already?" i told him where is my sister's settlement? he says, "i'll call you back?" he then calls me back and states," her money is caught up in the court". This pathetic excuse of an attorney already settled , got paid and tossed it to the court!!! Avoid this firm completely!!!!

Be specific-explain what your lawyer did...DID??..He did NOTHING. I paid $4000.00 and all he DID was make a few phone calls from the comfort of his office. He didn't even show up in court. He sent an under experienced minion instead. I told him what I wanted done and if I hired him could he do it? He... said "Yes", I gave him the check, and he Laughed all the way to the bank! In fact, I have evidence and a witness, that strongly suggest there was a breach of confidence re: my case. I am submitting it to the Bar Association. Philip Fientuch, Have a nice day!!

He was rude and curt with me even though I was his client. He didn't negotiate hard with the opposing counsel and advised me wrongly on a default judgment. He advised me to settle even though i claimed it wasn't my debt. He then wrongly advised me to go to court and file to remove the wage garnishmen...t and the court told me otherwise when I went down to the court. He didn't bother to follow up with the opposing lawyers and in the meanwhile my wages were being garnished. He didn't complete what I had paid him for in advance and I had to fire him. My next lawyer got the judgment thrown out of the court and closed the case without me having to pay a dime since it wasn't my debt. Philip Feintuch is a terrible lawyer and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
