Outstanding attorney
I retained mr. Feintuch after interviewing several attorneys. He recognized the issues and advised me how he and his staff would prosecute my case. Following a trial I was awarded $400,00.00. I do not believe the negative comments made by others

A Terrible Experience
Mr. Feintuch was not prepared in court at all. He arrived an hour late and did not know what was going on. I was very disappointed. I wish I would have read previous reviews about this lawyer.

Poor advice
In my case, Mr. Feintuch did not recommend a competency trial when one was warranted. He also appeared to be supporting the other side's argument. At one point I had to clarify where he stood. During trial he came to me and said, "I don't know what else to say" when he was making his argument. ...

Wrong advice and rude
He was rude and curt with me even though I was his client. He didn't negotiate hard with the opposing counsel and advised me wrongly on a default judgment. He advised me to settle even though i claimed it wasn't my debt. He then wrongly advised me to go to court and file to remove the wage garnishmen...
