Dakota Kuykendall is by far one of the very best attorneys I have ever had the pleasure of, and by the Grace of God, ever known. Throughout my life, I have worked with close to 1k+ attorneys, and Dakota without question, out-ranks all of them. He gave me my son back, and gave our whole family our l...ives back. The situation we were facing was incredibly horrifying and Mr. Dakota stepped in and basically saved us, (corney as this sounds, but like a "Superhero") he took control of the entire situation with knowledge and confidence that I've never experienced before. Dakota stepped in for my attorney that I already had retained that had to recuse himself due to taking a judgeship. With that said, it was not an easy situation for him to, last minute, have to insert himself in to without full knowledge of the case. The short version - He cared as if I were not on...ly his client for years but also as if I’d known him personally.
