Not sure if it's different between cash and appointed cases. My son has been in the county since March and has not had a conversation with her regarding his case, has gotten full discovery and has a court date coming shortly. How can you effectively argue a case where you have not spoken to your clie...nt to get their perspective. Not sure her win ratio but not confident my son will get the best outcome with her.

She seem as though she is extremely nice and willing to help but she is a fraud and so is her secretary Nancy. Edwards take many case loads on but don’t have the ability to multitask all her cases. Paid for a case that total up to 7500 dollars . She rarely answered the telephone , do not want to go s...ee the inmate I hired her for , no court appearance at all ,& the secretary Nancy seems as though she is in on the bull crap Edwards have going on . You ask for your money back and a price sheet . No one never calls you back and they send you to voicemail . Then promise a call at the end of the day but never calls . What’s the point of taking people money if you are not going to do what you are paid to do . Sad but I don’t recommend her at all .

I paid 450 for a her services, which she gave me the price. She seemed very nice and I told her I was not ready to file my I-129. When I was ready to start the process, we spoke and she told me to get more info. I got the info and told her Im ready to file. She did not ever call me back. She emailed ...me that she was on a prison call and would call me, she never did. I spoke to her receptionist and she told me she would call me, that call never happened. I ended up filing it myself, because she never made an attempt to reach out to me for 2 months. I found it unreasonable and asked for a refund and to this day I have never heard from her and Im out 450 dollars. I feel taken advantage of and I feel so bad that in my fiance group I recommended her to another person, because her fees were reasonable and she is a lawyer. I even found out later that she did not fully understand how to even fill out the form. I don't know why she took my money and never returned my calls, but perhaps she would have fumbled my case if she had it. It may never had even been sent.
